RICHIE FROST
FOUNDER & CEO
Known for his entrepreneurial drive and passion for innovation, Richie has been a key figure and dynamic leader in the UK's low-carbon and e-Mobility sector since the beginning of the industry's electrification revolution.
With a strong technical background and a vast network of industry connections, Richie has a proven history of building successful businesses in the e-Mobility and clean energy sector. After leaving Prodrive, Richie founded Frost EV where he established his reputation for engineering excellence and innovation in the automotive & motorsports industry. In the following years, Richie founded Sprint Power and Eltrium - companies that quickly became pioneers in electrification technologies and solutions. In a significant milestone, Sprint Power and Eltrium were acquired by TAE Technologies in 2022, a California-based company developing aneutronic fusion power, further solidifying his impact on the global endeavour to mitigate climate change.
Outside of his professional life, Richie is an avid rock music enthusiast and a devoted dog lover.
NEIL ROBSON
ENGINEERING DIRECTOR

Neil brings over 37 years experience of developing complex software intensive systems to LORILLION. His extensive experience spans multiple domains, including automotive, industrial process control, aerospace, defence, marine and distributed power generation. He has a proven track record in developing new technologies from concept to “production ready” status, with vast experience in leading both large blue-chip organisations and small fast paced start-ups.
Outside of work, Neil is a self-confessed crisp addict and partial to a “small” whisky on occasion. He is a keen cyclist and loves hiking, climbing and skiing in wild places, including his native Highlands of Scotland.
